Changing filename constraints

The Filename Status column in the Files tab shows files whose filenames don't observe the filename constraints you prefer. Adobe GoLive provides a number of constraint sets, or you can provide your own sets. Adobe GoLive's default set is the one for your own file system, either Windows 98/NT/2000 or Mac OS. Its other sets are Unix, DOS/Windows 3.1, GoLive standard, GoLive small caps, and GoLive strict. The three GoLive sets are described in Site Filename Constraints preferences.

The Filename Status column in the Files tab may be hidden. For information, see Working with site windows.
